By using this website or the Stak AI Diagnostic, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing on the website creates a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, employment, partnership, agency, or other professional relationship between you and Stak unless we enter into a separate written agreement.


Stak AI Diagnostic

The Stak AI Diagnostic is intended to provide a preliminary, educational starting point for considering business workflows, artificial intelligence, automation, and related operational opportunities.

The diagnostic does not constitute:

  • accounting advice

  • tax advice

  • cybersecurity advice

  • professional compliance advice

  • a substitute for a full Stak consulting engagement

Diagnostic results are generated in part using artificial intelligence.

AI-generated information can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific business.

You agree not to submit information through the website or diagnostic that you do not have the right to provide.

You retain ownership of information you submit.

You represent that you have the right to submit the information you provide.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Stak Studio and Neue Heights LLC arising from use of the free website or diagnostic will not exceed the greater of:

$100 or the amount you paid to use the applicable website service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Because the diagnostic is currently free, that effectively creates a modest cap rather than leaving liability undefined.

I would have your attorney confirm the amount and enforceability in the governing jurisdiction.


Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neue Heights LLC, Stak Studio, and their owners, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

  • your misuse of the website or diagnostic

  • information you submit without appropriate authorization

  • your violation of these Terms

  • your violation of another person’s rights


Governing law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be handled as required under applicable law and any separately executed agreement between the parties.
